Do you offer Free shipping?

Yes we do! Currently, we are offering Free shipping for all regular wall prints offered.

‣ Express shipping does not qualify for free shipping but we can provide you with a quote for express shipping. Choose this option during checkout.

Where do you ship?

Currently we only ship within Canada (excluding Yukon, Nunavut and N.W.T.) If you are located in one of these remote areas in Canada please Contact us.

How long does it take to receive my custom order?

‣ Average processing and production time is 7 - 10 business days or sooner depending on our production schedule.

‣ Shipping times are estimated to be 1-7 business days depending on the shipping destination. *Please note that Express shipping does not change the production time.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Unfortunately, given the size of our product packages and that all deliveries from us require signature, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Do you offer Express shipping?

Yes, we do offer Express shipping. During checkout, please choose the “send quote for Express shipping” option. We will send you a quote for the cost of Express shipping, including the estimated delivery time.

* Please note that Express shipping does not change the production time.

Will I receive tracking details for my shipment?

You will receive the tracking information by email once your order is ready to ship. If for some reason you don’t receive the tracking details, please Contact us and we will be happy to provide you with the information.

Does my shipment require a signature?

All shipments from Print Life Large require a signature. Given that our product is custom printed for you and that the cost of replacement is high, we hope that you can understand this signature requirement is in both of our best interest.
