Refund policy
Print Life Large Inc. believes in customer satisfaction. If your custom print or framing system is defective or damaged on arrival, please take a few photos of the delivered item with the problem visible and send them to us at info@printlifelarge.com.
We will try to respond within 48 hrs. We may request additional information. All issues will be evaluated on a case by case basis. If we determine that you are entitled, custom products may be reprinted and/ or replaced.
Custom made-to-order products are non-refundable* and non-returnable.Â
* Refunds may be issued in cases where Print Life Large Inc., at its discretion, determines not to print the order because:
- the image uploaded/ ordered is unlikely to produce a quality print at the large size ordered
- the image may be infringing copyright or includes any nudity or discriminatory content
Order Cancellation/ changes
Your order may be cancelled or changed and a full refund issued as long as your order has not gone into production. Our production times vary and can commence anywhere from an hour after receiving your order to several days. If we can make the requested changes we will. To request changes or cancellation please contact ASAP at info@printlifelarge.comÂ
